March 8, 201511 yr Just remember that you need to use ASN to get the weather radar to work properly. I can confirm -- was trying to make it work with other weather including default and not getting anywhere, although seems like an odd restriction. FYI, I was able to briefly see my "standard" P3D thunderstorm weather while ASN connected and downloaded latest weather sooooo.... Cheers, Rob.

March 8, 201511 yr I can confirm -- was trying to make it work with other weather including default and not getting anywhere, although seems like an odd restriction. According to the PMDG guys, ASN is the only weather simulator that can accurately simulate areas of precipitation (as opposed to rain bearing clouds). This unique feature of ASN is why the PMDG guys finally decided to code a weather radar for their airliner products.
