June 7, 201510 yr I would be flying the 737 and would be constanly hearing a beeping sound, how do you turn it off, it really gets annoying. It sounds like a ADF or something Peter Smeal
June 7, 201510 yr Peter, Constantly as in without interruption? When does it start? Is it a regular beeping pattern or does it sound irregular like morse code? Mark Adeane - NZWN
June 7, 201510 yr Peter, to check if it is morse code you are listening to, change all the frequencies for anything to do with navigation in the area that you are flying in. You don't say if it is happening in the vicinity of the same airport or that it changes if you fly over an extended distance, thus leaving a specific area. June 8, 201510 yr Hello, Can you send a screenshot of the overhead panel and EICAS display? Do you any warning on the EICAS? Romain Roux Avec l'avion, nous avons inventé la ligne droite. St Exupéry, Terre des hommes.
June 8, 201510 yr all you need to check if you got your packs on easy to check to see if this is causing your issue, or as the other poster has suggested in post 3 which you havnt replied if it is or not. Maybe you should post a screen shot of your overhead when it happens I7-8700k,Corsair h1101 cooler ,Asus Strix Gaming Intel Z370 S11 motherboard, Corsair 32gb ramDD4,, gtx 1080ti Card, RM850 power supply Peter kelberg
June 8, 201510 yr Remember to change cabin altitude/ cruise level on the overhead to your real cruise altitude, or the warnings will go off at 10000ft(the default altitude) when the plane climbs up to above what the cabin pressure is set to. You can fix it after the alarm's gone off, by overriding it manually.
June 12, 201510 yr In my experience the most common consistent beeping noise occurs when the autopilot is disconnected in flight either by mistake or on purpose. Kyle Rodgers has a very well done video to help you handle this problem which has worked well for me.
