Best airport scenery

Featured Replies

The best package to me is FlyTampa Dubai Rebooted (OMDB). This is not just a scenery within the airport perimeter but Dubai city is extensively modeled in very high detail. Not many airports can boast of it.

Next, not surprising if FlyTampa Kai Tak (VHHX) for the very same reason.

I personally like to view a city's skyline during approaches and departures, makes the best of realism.

I've started to acquire a bunch of FlyTampa airports as I've found them to be rather detailed, but very reasonable on performance (particularly because of their config tool). FlightBeam is another fav

I actually have CYUL and not CYYZ, surprisingly. I'll get YYZ soon enough.

Give it a shot and fly  during "dusk"... Its the best scenery I have to show off my sim to anyone who comes home....

Fly Tampa's OMDB, Chris's Nigh environment Dubai.. eithe the PMDG 777 or the Aersofots Airbus or Real Air Duke.... And fly around the city with some REX  soft clouds and visibility setting like 60nm.

I fly between Qatar and Dubai.

PERFECT! :)

Can you link the Night Environment? Would be very much appreciated!

Same here, thumbs up for EKCH.

I also very much enjoy the two Italian Airports, Catania (LICC) and Verona (LIPX) by RFScenerybuilding. Gorgeous to fly into Verona at night, you might check out the night screenshots at Simmarket.

Can't get it running in V3 (at least the manager). It says:

ERROR: Region folder not found for selected region!
RegKey: aerosoft\Night Environment - Dubai - PREPAR3D V3.x
Filename: <  >

You may want to ask for help here

I bought FSDT Zürich Kloten yesterday... A really great scenery!

I'm torn between the Aerosoft Zurich and the FSDT Zurich offerings. I'm under the impression the FSDT one is quite a lot older. Can anyone recommend why to choose one over the other?

I installed the demo version of FSDT and liked it, so I bought it. But I have no comparison to Aerosoft.

I think I probably will go for the FSDT. I have quite a lot of Aerosoft airports and they're a bit of a mixed bag, some are awesome and others not so good.
