Anyone going for the $30 from EVGA?

Reference the lawsuit pertaining to the GTX 970's?

I have one, I'm not sure if I want to participate or not.

The $30 is from Nvidia.

I already filed for mine. It will pay for KMSP when it comes out.

I filed mine when it was first offered.

Cool.  I haven't run into any issues with 3.5GB vram - then again I don't play hard core games like ARMA3 at 4k hehe.

Is this $30 for NVIDIA owners of what card? And how do you file for it?

Not much, not sure why you chaps are bothering. I guess it's a meal at Nando's though.

What if you are not a US resident?

From the referenced website, in the FAQ section:

"Only persons and entities residing in the United States who purchased a GTX 970 Unit in the United States from the Defendants, the AIC Partners or their authorized retailers between September 1, 2014 and August 24, 2016 are eligible to receive a Cash Payment."

I was wondering if https://www.gtx970se...t.com/Home.aspx was for real. Why would the claim form be unavailable?

But going thru different routes does send me to the same unavailable webpage to file a claim. So I guess I'm paranoid
