Wonderful! I still have the issue with both releases up to date. Pushback works like a charm, then "Operation complete, set parking brake." ... and then nothing happens with my 737 locked up by the truck. - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20

Here's a nice way to get rif of the X-Plane standard tug so there won't be a (visual) conflict: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/37873-remove-default-xp11-pushback-tugs-make-invisible/ - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20

I go to fly the ZIBO 737 and I'm 5 versions behind. So I update that and get ready to go fly when I realize I need to update better pushback. Seriously though, I'm looking forward to try this when I return from my vacation.

All tugs available have a different aircraft purpose given its size/weight. The plugin should select automatically the right tug depending you are requiring pushback for a small bird, a narrow body jet or a wide body heavy jet. Manuel Merelles
July 28, 20178 yr I change 737 to MD80 which seems a bit smaller but got the same tug. Will experiment with other planes Life time flight sim enthusiast, current airplane owner 172P (past C182F). July 31, 20178 yr I thought FlyJSim's silhouette pushback tool was clever, but this is on another level. Really great work and a great addition to X-Plane! Alistair Brown
September 2, 20178 yr I just decided to do a flight from Nice, and the pushback guy has a French accent! This plugin is awesome! Peter James
November 28, 20187 yr The normal process is: Pre-plan pushback position Request Pushback - tug drives up and connects Release parking brake when requested and then pushback commences. Is it possible to request the pushback BEFORE pre planning the direction as this would really help to save time when on VATSIM or IVAO? e.g. Request Pushback - tug drives up and connects. Request ATC for pushback approval, and receive direction that you need to pushback too. Plan the pushback Then release parking brake. Is this sequence possible with Better Pushback?
