October 9, 20178 yr See everyone saying it was up and running if it doesn't work for you. As it didn't for me when i double clicked shortcut and nothing, then reboot your PC and it is resurrected. I love CP but these problems should not exist, anyways lets hope they come up with a permanent solution to keep us all happy.
