November 22, 20178 yr Yep, downloaded it this morning and been flying her all day. Thanks Scott! Ryan, great shots showing her off! Cheers Martin

November 22, 20178 yr Hi Ryan, Yeah - the PC12 is kind of an odd duck - there are so few schemes that really look good on it - I'm also more of a traditionalist and not a fan of the modern swooping paint jobs that seem so in vogue lately... This is obviously more of a classic take... Thanks so much for posting - seeing other people enjoying the paint is the best reward for time spent painting... Of course your shots rate as some of the best and far better than I can manage... Much appreciated - sir... Thanks folks... Regards, Scott
November 22, 20178 yr Very nice, where can I also get the livery? Vu Pham i7-13700K 5.2 GHz OC, 64 GB RAM, RTX5090, SSD for Sim, SSD for system. MSFS2020, XP-12, DCS

Departing the lovely L70 airport in California Hey Ryan, I notice you tag the GTN with this plane. Is the integration native? I don't see that as an option and since I have not flown it for a while, I have not kept up with updates. But seeing this very nice livery gave me the incentive to pull it out the hangar once again. November 22, 20178 yr Hi Vu, Paint is in the file library... Yep - grab a new copy from your account on Carenado - or wherever you purchased it - when they updated the model for v4 they included full GTN (3D model) support... Personally I'm running the dual RXP GNS530 v2 and loving every minute of it... Regards, Scott
November 22, 20178 yr Author Thanks all and again Scott for the stunning livery. yes indeed grab the new model with GTN integration. November 22, 20178 yr Nice thread all! I'm thinking of picking up this bird to do a global circumnavigation just as the modern day Amelia Earhart did a few years ago. Seems like everyone is happy with it! [email protected] | 32gb RAM | EVGA GTX1080 8gb | Mostly P3Dv5 (also IL2:BoX, DCS, XP11)
November 22, 20178 yr Great paint Scott! I don't know if many of you know but Carenado does not supply a very good paintkit. Getting everything to line up is not an easy task, what a great piece of work! I have been wanting to create a master paint sheet for the PC-12 but have never found the time to do it. I will upload it if I ever do. \Robert Hamlich/
November 23, 20178 yr Hi Robert, Thanks... LOL - sounds like you’ve been there... Yeah - a new master would be nice - I usually reverse the color of the details depending on whether the background color is light or dark to make them show up - here on the “black” textures I just used a multiply and burn layer blend until the detail showed through... I prefer to mix a bit of both methods... Ryan does make her look pretty good... Regards, Scott
