Folks,

Could someone confirm that the airport's ADE is editable and none of the airports' structures tied to ADE. This would make any ADE edits impossible in the future.

Different poster here. The modeling in KPHL is at least as good as Narita (which I bought on sale — still overpriced). The difference is that one (even on sale!) cost more than any other airport addon I’ve ever bought, and the other was free.

Sorry, he’s not trolling. It’s a totally valid argument. If these Japanese developers are really maximizing their sales with these prices, more power to them. But without either cutting prices to normal addon levels or improving their modeling and quality, I doubt they’ll get many takers in the rest of the world...

It is trolling to say Wing Creation's quality is just as bad as NMG. You did not bother to read my post. Japanese airports are a niche area of the world, not selling as many as in the west.

Give it a rest! A lot of people on this thread don't agree with your point of view.

For those that do, why don't you purchase this scenery and tell everyone of your experience with it. You may even convince some of the fence sitters that the price is justifiable.

And how great is it that you're fighting to keep it that way? Good to know that someone out there is still willing to make a stand for higher prices and lower quality!

There is absolutely no reason Japan should be a "niche area of the world" in our hobby  -- we are not talking about the Gambia here. That it is currently such a niche is the result of addon pricing and quality, not the other way around.

rjtt_liv_gs_cars.bgl is the culprit

What really is supposed to do such file?

shouldn't be a niche.  but top devs (looking at you, fsdt, ft, aerosoft, fb) keep publishing flyover country airports and redoing the same ones over and over again, japan doesn't get the love.  sad.

I don't see that rjtt_liv_gs_cars.bgl after installed TECHNOBRAIN - FS ADD-ON COLLECTION TOKYO INTL AIRPORT 2 FSX P3D in both sim, amazing Airport well detailed. Also, I have SamScene Tokyo Wow City Pro a very nice addon.

I am not sure if the installer is correct placing the Landmarks as priority in the sim scenery library list. It appears in the following sequential order:

SamScene Tokyo Wow City Pro

FSAC_RJTT2_X_Landmarks

FSAC_RJTT2_X

Normally landmarks or terrain is placed at second order. I changed their order and I don't terrain problems so far. But following the installer I left as is and working fine.

I asked to Technobrain but no brain responses.

From my side, It seems little issue to land when the flight starts from RJAA. I think I need more practice to land properly.

Has it had a price reduction? Base price is now 39 euro, and currently discounted to 29 euro or was that always the price

Edited by Litmoose

Yes, discounted to 29 Euros plus VAT if applicable.
