March 14, 20197 yr Just installed v1.8C and have noticed a few things: (using p3d v4.4) APU sound is way too loud inside the cabin, same volume as in external view. APU mutes on lost focus with P3D Strobe lights and Beacon lights are still way too fast. The Yoke does not work with PBR at night as well as a lot of items in the cabin. Looks like they're glowing (images attached) Wings also look like they're glowing at night. Many thanks in advance!!
March 14, 20197 yr Falcon 1.8C, P3Dv4.4, Win10-64 Love it! Climate control knobs "left drag to adjust" will increase OK, but decreasing falls all the way to 0 (zero). -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe

If no one else reports the same problem perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling the Falcon. The beacon flash rate is effected by the Special Effects Setting in P3D under Options\Graphics\World. With the Special Effect Slider set to Medium, I get about 70 flashes/minute, which is right in the middle of the 40 to 100 per minute range required by the regs. With the slider at high I get about 100 flashes/min.

APU sounds come from our custom DLL so sounds will be the same volume for exterior and interior. No issues with lost APU ever has been reported. Strobe lights flash rate work based on the special effect slider as explained by AL. The yokes are bright because you have the overhead map light on. You can tell because the seats are also getting this light. That light should be left off. The wing out side is something on your end. Like a shader issue from another program. See our pinned post on P3D issues. Edited March 14, 20197 yr by Flysimware

June 1, 20197 yr The WX Radar was affecting this plane in P3D 4.5-would not load for me Learjet was also compromised WX Radar is bundled with these two planes and cannot be easily disabled The new WX Radar update from Rex sorts the problem Beware of updating P3D before the appropriate WX Radar update is available if you want to fly these two Flysimware planes This often takes a month or two xxd09
