Too late. GSX has already made enough improvements to pushback that it's probably not worth getting another add-on for that function.

I don't use GSX and FSDT products.

I trust FS2Crew. It has been a long wait but it's too late, let's see the features UCGX has too offer when it is released.

Honestly, when was the last time you tried one of them ? Chapstick was trying to tell you about how much GSX has improved recently, and of course will continue to do so for the following years.

I don't want to debate again on the why I don't use anymore FSDT products (the reasons are the same as part of the community). We said it all in previous threads.

Chapstick said that GSX has improved which is fine. But he also stressed "too late" for UCGX.

I have a different point of view. Let's wait for when UCGX is out and see what it has to offer and how the community will welcome it.

But since the software gets constantly improved, it's just wrong sticking to a conviction you might have formed a while ago. That's precisely why I asked how long ago you tried GSX or any other FSDT product.

When Steam came out, I was firmly in the camp of those against it, refusing to buy anything that didn't have my own "precious" DVD disk, so I missed Half Life 2, because I refused to use Steam for a question of principle.  And back then, a big "part of the community" of PC gamers shaded the same view.

We were all wrong, and I have no problem admitting it. Of course, Steam improved a lot over the years. Changes are required from both parties, to dispel any kind of belief.

About UCGX, I believe it will be very good to have it on the market, for us as well. I'm sure it will add a fresh perspective on ground services, something that neither we or our users might have thought of so, of course, it will lead to further and unexpected improvements in GSX as well, that won't have to compete only against itself, which is very hard. We wouldn't have gone to the Moon, if there wasn't a  competition between the USA and the Russians.

Looking forward to it. But I think it's "gsx" with voice interface.

I have a lot of fs2crew products but as I own gsx and gsx level 2 I will very carefully check what ugcx has to offer.

Not to late for me, I was literally ready to push the buy button but I'll wait to see what this is. at the end of the day competition is good.

I'd really like to post a video of how much smoother the pushbacks are in comparison to GSX, but the NDA is a problem.

But I can tell you that it feels much more natural.

GSX and UGCX actually work side by side very well.

The previews seem to indicate that they do the same thing.  What is the unique selling point of UGCX if you already have the latest GSX?

AFAIK, one of the differences is UGCX will tow you to another gate, or hangar or remote stand, but I think Umberto mentioned he is looking at that for GSX,

Edit: Somebody mentioned voice commands for UGCX, but GSX can too, but requires MCE. If your into using voice, UGCX would be a cheaper option, as you don't have to pay for a third party app.
