Today's update will be interesting with the insider logins still being down.

I had to clear all cookies, history etc. and reboot my laptop to be able to log in with Edge.

Still unable to log in on my mobile with Chrome.

Oh good, I thought it was just on my end. Has this error been going on for a full week, according to that locked thread in the first page?

I think they should overhaul the website to make it more friendly towards those who are new to the franchise and just get rid of the Insider Program. Whatever is posted in the Insider Home is immediately reposted on several sites and YouTube. It only serves as an extra step towards registering for the Tech Alpha now.

The site is a bit of a nuisance in general. I just wanted to quickly check in to see if today's update was live already and had to wait a good time before it finally loaded. Sometimes it won't load pictures at all and other times it just gives me a black screen when I try to enlarge pictures. I also had a hard time trying to get the clips going which is why I appreciate that they've moved to using YouTube.

Been getting the exact same issues as well for the past few weeks. If I want to check on some older screenshots or info I just go back to the AVSIM threads. And imagine how it must feel for someone who hasn't been following the development updates from the start, having to scroll all the way down through a site that frequently fails to load, and most likely not being able to find the information they want. With the frequent trailers, articles on gaming news sites and social media presence, it is only to be expected that new users will want to find out more about the game at this stage, and those issues will really hurt the simulator's appeal to them, and perhaps its sales.

At this point I think it might be best to turn that site into a development blog and revive FSInsider with all the new information. That one was really tidy, had the important product information in one place, as well as tons of articles for everyone. From beginners, to those who wanted to tweak the simulator heavily.

Sick of waiting, here in England, I'll see what has been published in the morning.

Updates are usually posted at this time, though last time it came really early, and the time before that exceptionally late. There is no media update or new episode coming today, so probably not worth the wait if it's late for you.

Yes they are and I'm using Microsoft Edge.

I've been on the site including the insider area several times today using Chrome on my phone.

Thank you.

Works for me too

Strange, but I can't get into the Insider area anymore either, not with Chrome nor Edge.  When I click on the Insider button it just goes right back to the main page but the web link above says "invalid login":

https://www.flightsimulator.com/?autherror=xbla_invalid

It always worked before, I have no idea why it isn't now?

Yes, this is the issue so many people have been getting. Still can't log-in here, using Chrome on PC.

Just saw some leaked footage of the alpha and all I can say is wow. That guy is crazy with his name quite visible tho lol.

Edit: The Microsoft ninjas don't mess around. Already taken down 😆.
