ALPHA INVITATIONS GOING OUT NOW!

Starting today (02.13) through next Tuesday (02.18), we will be sending out another round of Alpha invitations!

Is it still possible to signup? I cant remember if I ever did

So far only nasa pcs with 32gb and 64gb rams got invites as per reddit info. I assume they want to finish up the remaining 32gb users and then move on to the 16gb ones.

Sigh, here we go again.  The whole 16 Golf Bravo gave me hope, but the reality is reinforcing my pessimism.

If anyone with 16GB gets an invite please post here, it would be very welcome news for those of us still being excluded.

On reddit there is a threat of invited only, where they post their specs. No 16GB that I've seen so far by now. 

There was just one report of a 16GB RAM user getting accepted on Reddit. Though I think they have deleted most of these posts already because a megathread was created.

Yesterday's wave appeared to be rather small, but it could mean we will have a new wave every day since they immediately started sending them.

Looks like 32GB party is still going in

if the platform is not yet enough to run smoothly at 16GB ram then it is a serious matter and release date could delay towards December.

If that were to be one of the requirements to run the Sim, it would be along time before I change, if ever.

Personally I don't mind going to 32gb for something that is worth it but based on the leaked alpha videos it wouldn't be worth it.

I would say the reality is somewhere between those leaked alpha videos and official promo materials.Remains to be seen it a system

upgrade is worth it for this new sim. Play it by ear.😁

Are you conscious that the leaked material is 720p compressed into FLV from a computer that was downloading scenery and at the same time streaming (uploading) live ?

Even under that horrible compressor, the lighting the clouds and he cockpit look fascinating.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I saw this posted on Reddit saying that they got in with 16 GB ram.
