It's a utility that make it possible for AI to takeoff and land on sloped runways.

It's actually the highlight of the soon to be released LatinVFR's KFLL.

A pilot is always learning and I LOVE to learn.

Look here:

Since there are two .dll files in the ZIP, I suppose you should cut and paste the newest one into the AI folder replacing the existing one (oldest) before installation to the P3D Add-ons folder.

This tool should be licensed to third party scenery developers so that they can actually make runways sloped - and have AI use them.  I'm sure everyone would love that.  I'm very surprised that if this was at all possible, that it's taken 20 odd years to develop the workaround.    Flat runways have been the pain in the side of users and developers for years due to the AI issue.

Great work  Federico

Sorry, i don't understand the installing Process yet.

I have downloaded the latest Version today. There is a Folder AI, including the add-on.xml and a AI.dll from12.07.2020.

Second in the Download, there is another AI.dll from the 26.02.2020. I think its the newer one and i installed it with the add-on.xml in  Prepar3D v4 Add-ons.

I hope, this is the right way?!

Thanks for your work!

Joachim

I didn't even know this utility existed.

So let me get this straight....

A utility has existed (for years already) to get AI to use sloped runways.  Yet we are told for years by airport developers  (and LM) that they can't do sloped runways because AI is unable to use them....

Ermm.  Has there not been a massive community disconnect here somewhere?   Why do parties not talk to each for the benefit of all?

EDDF has sloped runways ?

I didn’t know that. Never saw weird things with AI aircraft ..

But I use FSXT + RT.
