Yawn, puts head on pillow goes back to sleep .😴

X-plane will always have a place on my Hard drive its is a work in progress but it is by far the best program out there for great visuals which will only get better. I hate photo real scenery it really sucks at low altitude.Austin and Ben and the rest of the team have done great work, and I am really looking forward for whats next

I am going to call you out on this. Are you working for LR? Do you have a financial relationship with LR? How would you determine the sales figures for LR? Year over year or monthly? Where did you get the sales data?

I decided to look this up. LR is a private company that does not need to file any public financial statements. So, unless you are an insider, I am not sure what you are basing this on.

I did find this:

I don’t know how old it is and it’s an annualized figure but it certainly doesn’t support what you have claimed.

LR's annual revenue (not profit but total revenue) is under $113K?  How does Austin manage to pay salaries to his staff?

Maybe because revenue doesn't include any creative 'expense' deductions you might claim for? Not that I'm suggesting anything. 🤣

@Groovy_Kincaid The man owns and flies a Lancair Evolution, has bought a Ferrari because he felt like it, then buys a Tesla because it looks cool, and you guys think he makes $113000/year??  Please tell me you're smarter than that.

According to App Store statistics, X-Plane mobile alone generated $100k revenue in a single month (july 2020).

I seriously can't picture him driving a Ferrari.

No one said that he wants to drive it.  😄

The spite towards Austin Meyer, coming from a select few, is in pretty poor taste.  "Let's knock the other guy down, and make fun of him, so we can make our own precious flight sim and it's developers look all that much better."

Classy, guys.  Real classy.

And they say the X-Plane community is "toxic".

The same could be said about Austin if you'd watched the entire video. Referring to the group at Asobo Studios as "those french guys" and then making various word not allowed remarks towards MFS2020.

So you're "white knghting" for Asobo?  How noble.

Are Asobo not french?

Yeah they're french but addressing them as "those french guys" is a bit condescending isn't it? He could've just made reference of them in a better manner. And you're white knighting for Austin?

I don't need to white knight for anyone.  I made an observation, and I pointed it out.

Again, if you hate X-Plane and Austin so much, why are you here?
