I asked Rob about this in another thread and his response, unfortunately, was no. He said he is retired now and would likely not be able to return to the business.

Can you blame anyone for not wanting to get back into the flight sim business...especially now where “entitled consumer” syndrome is so rampant.

we really have become somewhat spoiled in recent years, have we not? I can recall we were much easier to please back in the 90's when everything that released provided such a new experience to us all 🙂

However, they could write a statement to their website, especially for the case of Vertex to let us know that they will not continue to support the product. To remain silent like this when so many people was and still ask is just rude in my opinion.

Rob has nothing to do with Vertx

Why are you guys punishing yourself in this manner? This thread is torture! 😀

Realair airplanes are a major reason why I have to keep P3D v4.5 installed for as long as possible.

I'm an old codger now and could not possibly go back to being online 4-8 times a day and night, nearly 365 days a year. I have limited good health and I want to preserve what I have, which is why I was looking forward to a tweak-free MSFS 2020 😉

Abso-freakin' LUTELY!

Their Scout/Citabria/Decathlon package was my all-time favorite, I have hundreds of hours in them over the span of at least a year's flying just in one planned trip in FSX, flying from Reno down the Sierra Nevadas to SoCal and then back up the California and PNW Coast to up KORS and beyond, shooting touch-and-goes at every airstrip on the way.  I have several repaints for them here in the AvSim library as well.  They are truly special and sometign to behold in terms of quality, graphics and flight characteristics.

When I first saw the details about the new MFS, of course the VERY first thing that crossed my mind is what an awesome pairing the RealAir ACA package would be, even if it is getting a bit long in the tooth. How I'd love to fly the Scout across some mountains, have some cross-country fun in the Citabria, and do some inverted runway passes with the Decathlon!

Then add the Lancair Legacy, SIAI Marchetti SF-260, Duke and Royal Turbine Duke, and ....oh migod there I go drooling all over myself again!!!  TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE.

There is no GA aircraft that I wish I could bring with me to MSFS more than the piston Duke.  It would be so amazing to fly it in the beautiful MSFS world.
