You may just have to use skyvector with a browser or something. Most apps make you pay extra for non-US charts/plates.

Support currently is for FSX, xPlane, and P3D. Also must mention http://www.Skyvector.com I often use the snap and drag line at Skyvector to plan and then cut and past the flight plan line at Fltplan.com. August 17, 20205 yr Didnt' know about Airmate, thanks for that share! Depending on how it works in the sim when Charts+ is available I may use that, all depends on if they try to charge for it or not.
August 17, 20205 yr Don't forget Chartfox. It's kind of a Navigraph like chart service, with the difference that it's FREE. It does however need you to have a Vatsim account, but then you can download charts from all over the world. No, I'm not associated with it in any way, just a happy user.
