Hi all, 

Just wondering if anyones had this problem. I bouth the premium delux version on steam but only the standard edition appears to be showing up. No 787 or extra aiports. Any ideas anyone?

Have just go a refund of my pr-ordre on steam Microsoft Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe- I did this becaus of the many problems with steam and the premium deluxe - maybe later this week i wil buy from MS Store and until then i stick with my other flight simulators :-)

Yeah I put in for a refund from the MS store, and was going to go with Steam, but looking at it now Steam just downloads the installer, and the rest is from the MS store anyway.

I think I might wait a bit as well to see how it falls out. Kind of a bummer since I built this PC 2 weeks ago specifically for this sim. 🙁

Same here, bought Deluxe via MS Store, but it won't download.

There is an exclamation mark say 'Deluxe does not work on this system'. When I click on the mark I get the option to redeem a code. But it also says Deluxe is currently not available.

 

Nevermind, seems like all Deluxe stuff is installed. It's only an error in the store. But ingame everything is there.

hi everybody,

i had the same problem. but unlike carlsox, not only i couldn't download the deluxe and premium versions but i had only 20 planes. so i was clearly in the standard version.

as i was in the game, i logged out of my account, the game me took me to the initial "press any key" screen, then i logged in again and there i got a new 4gb update from the content manager

that took me directly to the premium version

so maybe that is a walkthrough till everything is solved in the future by microsoft

Same problem here, only none of the above initiates a download with the content.

You logged out of your Steam account, or Microsoft account?

I have the exact same issue, ordered Premium Deluxe from Steam and missing much of the content.

the logout/login tipp from the game is not loading the missing content from the premium version, in my case 😞

They said it will take some hours. Relax it will be there
