I have the same specs and the performance is very good at 1440p with High settings. 70 fps in remote areas and 40-50 in Manhattan with the C152. Talking about airliners I can run the JFK landing challenge with the 747 between 35 and 40 fps. Very few stutters since the patch. TV / Monitor locked at 30hz, sim at 60 fps (for me, the sim seems to introduce stutters below 60). These settings helped a few people at the very beginning...and what has helped me remove stutters.
