October 8, 20205 yr I'm not going anywhere. I had the most enjoyable flight over Tokyo at night with real weather the other night and a real weather flight not far from where I live. The only CTD I had was when I tried to bring up the VFR map with real weather. It never did that when I was flying with weather themes so...just dont press the v key. really the sim is incredible for my needs. It has its flaws but its got SO MUCH good. | Dave | I've been around for most of my life. There's always a sunset happening somewhere in the world that somebody is enjoying.
October 8, 20205 yr I am staying with XP, MSFS and DCS. And other games i have installed and i still enjoy, from time to time. Focusing on a single thing is the perfect receipt to get annoyed at something. Nobody forced me to buy MSFS. It's still bugged (and we knew that), there are things missing (and we know that), it is still enjoyable (and i believe that) Chock 1.1: "The only thing that whines louder than a jet engine is a flight simmer."
October 8, 20205 yr Haven't played anything but MSFS since release. I'm usually very busy day to day but managed almost 100 hours of issue free VFR since release. Currently circumnavigating the world in a mix of Cessna and Piper aircraft. My Default Setup; MSFS, Honeycomb Alpha, Thrustmaster Hotas X, TrackIR, Samsung Galaxy Tab, JustFlight Piper Arrow. Simworks Quest Kodiak 100. Wishlist; Honeycomb Bravo, Honeycomb Charlie. 1:400 Airline Model Collector.

People were talking about stealing Crays for goodness sake. One year later, some of us are running really rather well on comparatively humble systems. I haven't even taken a glance at the GTX 3080 thread, because, I don't need to. I'm on an old 4790K OC with a GTX 1080 Ti and 16 Gig of the old RamaDama. MSFS runs very nicely on High, Ultra (here and there) and better than any previous Sim. Give it a go! Edited October 8, 20205 yr by Will Fly For Cheese

I hate to say it BS - but, yeah, you're going to struggle with those "specs".
