December 13, 20205 yr I gave up on MSFS jetliners. It’s not that they’re bad, I just think they lack the seriousness of third party add ons. With that in mind, who’s coming up with first jetliner decent enough to fly? I refuse to do a two hour flight with the default MSFS planes. The nose of the plane is very unstable and autopilot is a pain. I read somewhere that it could take up to a year to develop third party planes the like of 737, 777 and 747? Anyone knows anything about where we stand?
December 13, 20205 yr Aerosoft CRJ is coming in fast. There's a thread on here somewhere if you work backwards a bit. Here, just found it. Edited December 13, 20205 yr by bobcat999 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.
December 13, 20205 yr Author I was wrong to presume that the default aircraft would be enough but obviously I was wrong.
December 13, 20205 yr The Flybywire A320NX mod is excellent. I use it everyday and it is being constantly improved. Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.

December 13, 20205 yr Definitely try the FBW A320 mod, it makes for a completely different (better) experience than the default A320. It’s not on the marketplace, but they have built a painless installer, check them out here: https://flybywiresim.com Edited December 13, 20205 yr by regis9 Dave Current System (Running at 4k): ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F, Ryzen 7800X3D, RTX 5090, 55" Samsung Q80T, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, EVGA CLC 280mm AIO Cooler, Brunner CLS-E NG Yoke, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & Stick, Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant & Add-on, VirtualFly Ruddo+, TQ6+ and Yoko+, GoFlight MCP-PRO and EFIS, Skalarki FCU and MCDU
December 13, 20205 yr My message spend money on P3D or Xplane and you will get what you want for now.

Try the custom fbw mod though Phil Leaven i5 10600KF, 32 GB 3200 RAM, ASUS 4070 12GB EVO, Asus ROG Z490-H, 2 WD Black NVME for each Win11 (500GB) and MSFS (1TB), Rolling Cache 16GB, Photogrammetry always OFF, Live Weather and Live Traffic always ON, Res 2560x1440 on 27"
December 13, 20205 yr Author Thank you all for the valuable input. I own P3D and while flying a complex airliners is a lot better (for now), the graphics are horrible even with decent add ons. I will they the suggested planes and see how that goes.

December 13, 20205 yr Author If PMDG can make it work on MSFS platform their 140 dollars price is then justified.
December 13, 20205 yr QW787 most likely coming middle next year https://fselite.net/news/first-glimpse-of-the-qualitywings-simulations-787-in-msfs/ Not sure about PMDG but my gut feeling they will take some time to come although they said maybe end of next year but I think they would come in 2022 but let's see. I think there will be new developers joining the party to develop airlines for MSFS AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 6000MHZ RAM, RX7900XT, FreeSync 165hz 1440p display
December 13, 20205 yr I know that aerowinx 744 has a plug in that can use either fsx or xplane scenery. I've used it, and it's quite good. It would be funny if someone comes up with a flight simulator scenery plug in for p3d and xplane.....
