Contacting MS support through chat was once helpful with my 2nd install of the DVD version which also refused to sync ... The email address in the XBox AP is tied now to the new one. Can't go back to old one without waiting two weeks. MSFS

December 21, 20205 yr Hope you get it fixed, nothing worse. The servers may be down as i noticed no air traffic from any airport i flew into, and clear skies everywhere.
