Now that Amazon UK have cancelled my Thrustmaster Airbus Pack order, as they did previously for my Honeycomb Alpha order, this and Logitech pedals are the only controller hardware orders I have left with them.😡 I wonder when they'll cancel this one?🙄

Mine has just arrived, just 10 mins ago.....im busy tonight!!!!!!😀

For as much flack as Honeycomb has taken, Logitech has done no better. I managed to find a couple quadrants from scalpers at almost reasonable prices ($130). But the quadrant add-on was supposed to be out already and the order I placed with Amazon isn’t cancelled yet, but delayed as well with no ETA. Getting an FS controller seems to be a cluster. 

I got an email Sunday saying it was departing Hong Kong and it arrived Monday! I’m still trying to get the lights to work. I installed the patch from the Honeycomb website without success.

Add Thrustmaster and Aerosoft (European distributor for both Honeycomb and Thrustmaster) to that list. Covid has caused no end of problems for sure (and Brexit is adding more for those of us in the UK!), but it's the handling of these issues by the companies involved (Honeycomb, Thrustmaster and Amazon in my case) which really grates - the level of antipathy towards a customer having their orders cancelled by Amazon (who claim their supplier - Aerosoft - have told them the products are "no longer available") is shocking.

I would chance putting orders in with Aerosoft direct (much as they haven't impressed me), but I am so uncertain what the actual effect of Brexit on the final cost will be that I don't know if it's worth the risk. The UK information site for customs and excise used to be hard enough to navigate and get clear info from, but it's worse now after the Brexit shambles.

It installs to your Community folder.  I would check in that folder and see if you have something called "AFC_Bridge"  If not, maybe try running the patch .exe. again and see what the path is as it might be going into an incorrect location.

Got it today about 17:00! Have to redo my whole sim setup now, and then get it working in the sims.Glad I'm off tomorrow!!

Well guys all I can say is that it is well well worth the wait, mine came direct from Aerosoft this afternoon, I watched a couple of videos on you tube about the different configuration set up etc and I can tell you its absolutley awesome, very good quality indeed, I love it!!! Makes the simming experience a lot more immersion for me. Off to bed now....been messing with it since teatime...my eyes are tiring 😴......its mega!!

Just a note here.  I received my Bravo yesterday early in the afternoon.  I excitedly dove in.  Perhaps a bit too excited.  I totally frustrated myself because I tried to move ahead to quickly.  Today was a different day.  Started with a rather dry, dull video for configuring in FSX/P3D, but it helped a lot.  I recommend going slow and steady, paying close attention with each step.  Pay close attention to identify any duplicate settings, especially if you have in use a third party interface like SpadNext or FSUIPC.  That was the glitch that frustrated me as I completed my FSX SE configuration.  Tomorrow morning I will first start into my MSFS config.

I got mine two days ago!
Spent 4 hours configuring Joystick Gremlin and now I have full functionality 🙂

Absolutely fantastic paired with the Alpha and could never go back to my Siateck stick and throttle

Tho one thing I did notice is that my IAS button light doesn't glow when pressed! The other six light up but not the IAS button! 
Do yours or is this a FS2020 bug?

 

 

 

 

Had the same concerns  - see Rmag's Youtube video about getting the IAS LED to operate properly.  Helped me avoid apoplexy: I thought by TQ was defective -- not so.

i was thinking if this little light was defective on my unit there was no way I was sending it back for repair as could bare to be without it now 😂

Did you have any customs/import fees to pay? Obviously, you'll have ordered before January 1st so you'd be covered by the pre-Brexit rules, but it would still be interesting to know how it went.

I can't remember the wording of the rest of the review, but I can promise you there was no swearing or otherwise inappropriate wording. They've clearly used the "review the product, not the service" excuse to censor my criticism.🙄 Not exactly covering themselves with glory, failing to supply 2 products a total of 3 times, claiming it's no longer available to order from the supplier (i.e. Aerosoft) despite that not being true.

I'm still wondering whether to try ordering from Aerosoft, or waiting to see how I get on with the Fulcrum yoke (when I finally get my email request for payment, which could be months away yet), and the Honeycomb Bravo TQ (if Amazon don't cancel that too!) before deciding if I want to 'double-dip' on control set-ups. The longer I wait of course, the further down the queue I go (thanks to Amazon!🤬).
