Thanks for the review.
Indeed, this is purely FS2004 quality, is absolutely a disaster quality. What strokes me the most, that garbage (sorry to say that) costs nearly 20Euro on simmarket as you mentioned, with that money you can get FT LasVegas or AS Bonn/Koeln! I think simmarket should start vetting all these scam add-ones on their website.

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 6000MHZ RAM, RX7900XT, FreeSync 165hz 1440p display

Unfortunatly i purchased this addon from Simmarket, that will tech me to wait for reviews.... and it is as bad as your review. clearly shows. Time to re-asses where i buy from, as most of the freeware is far better than this offering.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d, MSI X570 Pro, 32 gb DDR4 3600 ram, Gigabyte 6800 16gb GPU, 1x 2tb Samsung  NvMe , 1x 2tb Sabrent NvME, 1x Crucial 4tb Nvme M2 Drive

Oh wow. Thanks for the review. I live not too far from Milan Malpensa across the border in Switzerland and so I was very interested in buying a quality rendition of this airport. The pictures looked a bit iffy on sim market so I held off. A big thank you to you and your review for saving my money from being wasted on buying this.

They clearly made some effort with the pictures and it takes a bit of scrutiny to realize what kind of product you're buying, but I agree it is possible. It has been emphasized in many threads already that simmarket is - and always has been - "buyer beware", but I will not get tired to also emphasize that this ist true for most platforms. In fact this particular developer is selling in the official MSFS marketplace already (Alfina and Rome), so it won't be long until we see Milan there. Therefore I don't think simmarket is to blame as it is clearly noticeable to the alert buyer that 95% of the offerings for MSFS don't live up to the standard of FlyTampa, FSDT, Orbx and the like. The easy accessible devmode in MSFS and some YT tutorials have led too many moderate talented beginners in scenerydesign think they can compete for a share in the market, and I fear inexpierience and naivety on customer side will prove them right, at least for some time. The more I would like to thank @mrfilbert for this review, as I can imagine how unpleasant it must have been, but it might raise the awareness in the audience that there is too much garbage offered for too much money - but again: not only on simmarket.

Sure we can support these new entry developers, however with acceptable price, especially for that Airport, maybe is worth less than 5euros. Although really the best for these entry developer is first to release freeware scenery and for there they can build their reputation, for example Istanbul Airport scenery on flightsim.to.

One look at those textures and I said, NAAAAAH!

BTW, I tread the reviews and had to LOL.

Thanks Mr. Filbert, I'll definitely look upon your reviews more often 🙄 SimMarket carries such a wide range of products from masterpieces to absolute junk those days.

Kind regards, Michael

Thank you @mrfilbert for this review more than the others as am sure it wasnt much fun however, you’re doing the community a service and putting our wallets first and I commend you for it.

I just made a search, but obviously there is no freeware Malpensa available for MSFS as an alternative.

Kind regards, Michael

Ah wow, I'm living in Valais. Not quite as quick to Milan as from Ticino but not so far either via the nearby Simplon Pass.

Before covid, I would spend every other weekend at Laggo Maggiore, mostly either Stresa, Baveno or Arona. A really beautiful place.

thanks for the review. that and also the pictures available in ms marketplace since yesterday prevent me from buying this malpensa version. will for sure look into the freeware arena as I usually like malpensa in general as one of my preferred hubs for zig zag across the alps between LOWW, LOWI, LSZH and LIRQ which I did collect already. btw ,now that EDDM Simwings is available on the marketplace, is there a review for that EDDM version available alreadyby now? Still hesitating and waiting for the GAYA version TBO.
