Working okay here. Been doing flights no problem.

A[apparently it is out all over the world. You must have a cord connected directly to the server.

I started an hour ago, still waiting.

Same here. For a second I thought something was wrong on my end. MS should allow us to bypass updates.

It's not just MSFS, other MS services are affected as well. The reds mustn't be too happy...

Same here flying in KSFO live traffic we are probably hogging the bandwidth sorry 😁

Must be all the people who have Rolling Cache turned off hitting 'Fly' now that they know the update is delayed.

It's a good example of how MS has total control over this though.  DVD copies of FSX will work forever...

Apparently the problem is when you try to start MSFS 2020. If you started it before the batteries went bad in the server, you are probably OK. My guess is if you end your flight, sign out, and try to start again, you won't be able to.

Oh no! I was just about to go in to trigger the big UK and Ireland update as well. Oh well. I guess I will have to wait.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

You may have missed the news... not happening until Feb 16.

I bet you MS servers will be back up and running before my P3D loads.
