Do you mean running the "Navigraph Desktop Application" does not show any Chart. so just shows something "Blank"? Yes, correct. I parsed your finding over at QW Support and added it to my opened Ticket there. I do not use the Desktop-App. So I can not replicate the issue (I don´t want to install it due the Simconnect Stutters this App can cause). No I am hoping for some positive feedback. I opened a Ticket at Navigraph here: https://forum.navigraph.com/t/no-charts-within-qw-787-latest-update-1-4-0-currently-installed/4499 Edited March 9, 20215 yr by mpo910 Regards, Marcus P.

March 9, 20215 yr Can anyone confirm is wind uplink to ASP3D is still working for them? I went back and added hifisnapword not alloweddir=my network path here but it is no longer working. Worked under the previous version. Not sure if it is something on my end. -TY Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

March 9, 20215 yr For those who have issues viewing Navigraph Charts within the EFB at the QW787 Version 1.4. (charts stay blank and "authorization pop-up" does not prompt you to grant acces). Navigraph checked this and found the possible cause of the issue, which must be fixed by QW. I opened my ticket over at QW and Navigraph...... Navigraphs Co-Founder and CTO Stephen reacted "highspeed" and also found the possible cause! KUDOS TO NAVIGRAPH!!! Here is a quote from the CTO/Co-Founder Stephen: Update: We checked our logs for the authentication flow, and it seems like the error “Refresh token is missing” is given, and this is because an important parameter seems to be missing in the call to our servers. You should report this finding to QualityWings. This means: Please report at QW. Get attention to this and wait for an (hot)fix. March 9, 20215 yr @mpo910 I saw your post at the QW forum. I would also email them and open a support ticket so they see it as fast as possible. Hopefully they can issue a HF asap. Eric
March 9, 20215 yr Despite the changelog, the descend rate is still quite off. especially at Flaps UP speed, the FCTM shows the V/S should be around 1000fpm at idle, but QW could only give like 400fpm, quite hard to slow down for approach. also at 250,FCTM gives ~1500FPM, but QW only do around 1000fpm

Typically fully loaded though she will hold 267/10000 as per the CDU so to adhere to ATC I have to ensure 250 limit is built into the speed restrictions on the legs page or it will overspeed. 250/10000 on the VNA CLB page does not always work.. If you would like a more realistic procedure, do not limit the speed to 250 below in the scenario above. Fly 267 knots and request “high speed” climb from ATC. This is standard and approved 99% of the time. To be clear, I don’t think you can ask P3D for “high speed” but you can simulate the call.

I use PF3 so I will ask Dave if that is a request he can add in... With PF3 if you bust the 250 limit it gives you reduce speed until you are back under the restriction. (unless it has already cleared you for no speed restrictions) Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

From memory, I believe in the US you can climb at minimum clean (if that is >250kts) without needing any approval from ATC. Just consult the SID chart so there is no hard restriction ATC expects you to follow, ORD comes to mind. I often hear the phrase " high speed" over the radio where i fly and interesting enough one pilot intepret it as "free speed at my discretion" while another pilot just wanted to waive the 205/220kts speed restrictions on the SID and fly 250 instead. Clear as mudd, I suppose. Edited March 9, 20215 yr by SAS443 EASA PPL SEPL + NQ / CB-IR in progress MSFS24 | X-Plane 12

March 9, 20215 yr In the US the 250 below 10 and 200kts below a Class B are hard restrictions. In general for the 200 below class B we just keep the flaps in as needed. SJC comes to mind as an airport with that issue. For the 250 below 10, we always ask if we need relief. if we can't get relief, we keep the flaps are the setting required to maintain 250 or less.
