March 8, 20215 yr Can someone advise when able if the EFB copy/paste works with PFPX flightplan? Can't wait to try this out. QW did a fantastic job on this SP. Eric
March 8, 20215 yr I'm just downloading it from Flight1. Do I need to uninstall the former version? - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).
March 8, 20215 yr yes the instructions in the notes say to remove each livery then remove the 787 itself I believe. 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next
March 8, 20215 yr Anyone having strange performance issues such as high GPU usage or trim issues with the 787? I just watched Chewwy94 fly it and his GPU Fans and CPU were working overtime. I know I shouldn't go by one streamers observations. From what I have seen online, many users are happy with the performance from the update. Wondering if it's just his system. I'm just curious. No I had no issues in my 3 hour flight today above europe. My Water-cooled card stays at max 52 celsius. But performance was really good and stable. No choppy fps...all fine and stable. Very fluid. He is nothing more than minimal cost PR guy for 3PD's. Eric

No but I watched the 787 nose-over hard and AP disconnect like a trim runaway on Flys787 ‘s stream last night ha. March 8, 20215 yr Not update related but plane related, how accurate is the QW787 on the engine numbers like fuel flow, N1/N2, EGT, etc. and how accurate is the start-up sequence? Maybe @jon b can advise? 🙂
March 8, 20215 yr Maybe I’ve missed reading it, thou has the issue that I mentioned over at their forums. and Lars said the will address with next update. With regards to key binding TOGA causes the autopilot to overspeed and climb erratically been fixed? thanks mike
March 8, 20215 yr I just hate to see a decent product get trashed when there could possibly be other reason for the issues. It’s not fair to QualityWings or those who are interested in getting the 787. I give them A for effort in the work they have done so far. That's actually how I get it to maintain and hold a desired speed on climb-out. Typically fully loaded though she will hold 267/10000 as per the CDU so to adhere to ATC I have to ensure 250 limit is built into the speed restrictions on the legs page or it will overspeed. 250/10000 on the VNA CLB page does not always work..
