April 13, 20215 yr Anyone getting stuck on looping files? Every like 5 files or so, I have to restart the download because it just gets stuck. It's not the same files every time. Edited April 13, 20215 yr by Tuskin38

April 13, 20215 yr For me it was 3 different downloads with the last one only happening after a computer reboot. the first one was 17 gigs the second one was 4 gigs and the one after the reboot was 5 gigs. What a strange process. There are also a whole bunch of updates in the content manager that need to be done. Plus you dont get back your Log Book. April 13, 20215 yr It was certainly reported to the Spad.Next dev by one of the Testers. Presumably Asobo were told as well.

The not so funny part is that I was in contact with Asobo on March 5th about this, because I just knew in my guts that messing with this particular method will spell trouble. I was told that I shouldn't worry. And even less funny is the fact that this whole WASM part is supposed to be safe, so simulator crashes shouldn't happen, right? Josh What happened to me is I started MSFS, and it said there was an update, and apparently it was the update that I already 1.14.6.0. That was around 16 BG. I stopped the update, and restarted the PC, and then went to the MS Store and saw there was an update there. 1.6 GB. I installed that, restarted MSFS and now it is downloading 1.15.7.0. So I guess if I had not stopped it on the first try, it would have just downloaded the 16 GB update I already had installed. Crazy way to do this frankly. Edited April 13, 20215 yr by Bobsk8

As more time goes on the less I think Asobo actually understand what they are doing outside of the bits they've duct-taped onto the top of the core sim.
