Specially the bit between the trees. Amazing how a completely computer generated thing can have this effect. Thanks for posting that!

Do you eventually plan to give the cockpit a "well used" look (scratches, a little dirt here and there, chipped paint, etc)? That would enhance the realism IMO. Al Edited November 22, 20214 yr by ark

That would enhance the realism IMO. Al Sure, some mandatory textures, scratches, etc will be added as usual for the modern 3dPBR texturing technique. But we are making cockpit from 2019 and not from 1959! Don’t expect rusted metal!!! P.S. We use Armorpaint. Here is short video show 3DPBR texturing phases: Edited November 22, 20214 yr by OSM

November 23, 20214 yr I think this porter is comming along nicely. The fact that it will have a slightly used panel adds to (my feeling) the immersion. Unused panels look cartoonish. I hope that you will find a slightly more elegant solution for the "banana label" buttons for the checklist and avionics. The idea is great but I'm sure I will be trying to peel it of the panel. Now that we have 2 "other" porters the bar is raised. I9-14900K, Gigabyte B760 Aorus Elite AX, RTX 4080, 32 ram.1 tb nvme M.2 SSD, MSFS 2020 on 2 tb nvme m.2 SSD

Hi CaptainNick IMHO, Armorpaint simple and powerful enough to handle texturing tasks for MSFS world. But as usual everything depend on a personal skill. P.S.
