FBW | A32NX Stable released on MSFS Marketplace

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Thanks to your continued support towards FBW, we would like to announce that our Stable Version of the A32NX (0.6.1) is now available on the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace.

If you’re an existing user and want to benefit from our regular updates, you should stay on the version you fly already and use our FBW installer to keep the plane up to date.

Our work will continue to be open source and free to use!

Happy Flying!

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up.

I'm a bit confused by this part.  If I don't have the A320NX already installed, is there an advantage to getting it from FBW instead of through the marketplace?  Will the former handle updating, while the latter won't?

Yeah, just downloaded from Market Place, very happy. Thanks FBW for the A32NX, and the community for asking for it to be in the Market Place for FREE, and MS/Asobo for putting it in there! Cause I am not one of those people who likes using beta's etc... me very happy with Stable version, till it gets updated in the Market Place. No more launching the installer, etc... me lazy 🙂

how do i uninstall the FBW mod?  Cant see an uninstall option in the FBW installeer app.

Just delete the file in the community folder.

Guys,

Here's the quote from their Discord:  "Our new Marketplace version is standalone, but If you're an existing user and want to benefit from our regular updates, you should stay on the version you fly already and use our FBW installer to keep the plane up to date."

The marketplace version is the 'stable' version.  The dev version still gets updated about twice a day.  The marketplace version will not be the latest version. It's entirely up to you.
