Both are important.
August 29, 20214 yr What sort of wizardry is this?… You must be running this through a NASA data centre because my clouds don’t touch this level. Very very nice sir!

The deffinately stated in a post (I believe) that the reason for ATC being in error was that they had changed much to do with the interpretation of the MeteoBlue data in a first phase of weather updates, but that had caused issues with ATC which was still on the old system and would be correted in WU6 in September. Although, my memory is fading these days, but I made a note of it at the time because of the ATC errors and the proposed fix Graham System specs... "Eye candy" doesn't capture what's critically important to what draws one into this activity as the phrase connotes a certain superfluousness. Actually, the other sims can 'have nice graphics', as in pretty to look at, they just don't offer the sense of being in our world, instead a paint-by-numbers facsimile of very poor depth compared to the sense you have of flying through the real world one has in MSFS. To me, MSFS simulates flight far better than what I get out of FSX/P3D, so I refer to the latter as 'cockpit simulators', and they're certainly good at that part, just not so good at flight simulation. No, you are in good company, although there are users who are not seeing any downgrade and are loving SU5 for increased FPS and improved fluidity. The developers are working on some options to bring back the beauty of pre-SU5 graphics. Of course, at the cost of less FPS and maybe some stutters if we exaggerate with the sliders. But in this way everyone will be free to choose what they like. A.
