It’s a rainy Sunday today… but last week, I was lucky enough to fly into Le Touquet in a DR400. I took the opportunity to snap a few reference photos, which I’ve now implemented into the latest versio

  • What started as a simple compatibility update for MSFS2020 SU16, aligning Bing Maps data with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, quickly transformed into a full-scale scenery overhaul. Hundred of object

Been using this and its previous version for some time.  Really nice airfield and great for flight across to Shoreham or just explore Northern France from.  Would highly tecommend this addon - in fact there are quite a lot of very good freeware add-on airfields covering France.

Yes, it's a wonderful piece of work!

Regards.

Its pretty telling as to how far we've come with gaming visuals  when even the "before" shot to me looks amazing!

Found this little gem

A big thank you! Considering it's my first scenery! Of course, it's not a professional addon, but it's pretty telling how easy it is to put default buildings with the dev.mode ! Thank you MSFS for making me busy during lockdown.

If you enjoyed v2 of Le Touquet (LFAT), you should enjoyed the January 2022 v3 😉 A brand new custom terminal and on site restaurant are the new addition. Enjoy the free scenery as much as I enjoyed learning to use Blender and the MSFS Scenery Editor!

In my book, it is.

Thanks for Le Touquet !

It's the blue teardrop icon at the very top of France. The 5 gray crosses are from 'Beautiful Model of the World' package which also adds about 5 in Spain, and I think 8 in Italy. All for one low price, with another airport coming free in the subscription about every 5 weeks.

All of these icons are payware I purchased. Except the 3 red ones are free Asobo/Microsoft and then Le Touquet.

Notice in the middle of France there are only 2 and both are in Paris. Everything else is near the French border. Hard to find good payware in central France.

I suggest you extend your search of regional airport away from France border with these sources (for example) :

I love FranceVFR North West region. I can't attest to the accuracy, but it looks wonderful.

So, I added 2 free airports of Vbazillio (blue) to fly in line with 4 free airports by Asobo (red). From Rotterdam to the French Riviera.
