Dang Ray.....I'm struggling to remember that.  I've painted more than a few special requests in my day, but that one slips my mind.  I usually have one-off's I paint for folks in my dropbox library but could not find that one.  If you still have it can you send it to me and I'll upload it here for others who might want it?

I know I lost all my paints during the library hack decades ago but not sure I ever uploaded that one to Avsim?  I only re-uploaded my most popular paints after that as the upload process is a chore, and I had close to 200 uploads here back then.

Hey Ray, got the files ok but to be honest I'm not sure the textures are mine. 🤔  Its been a while since I've painted the 737NGXu and sadly my paintkits and such for that model are on another drive I can't access at the moment to check.  If you're sure it was me, I can re-package it in the PMDG PTP format and send back to you for however you'd like to disperse it.   Great textures though...whoever painted it! 🙂   The only reason I am suspect its not mine, is that there is shadows painted on the Albedo map and on the metallic maps.  I would have done either one but not both....unless this was a very early paint and I had not experimented with the green channel of the metal map at that point.

I checked my personal messages for August and nothing there. Then I checked the independent repaints list on the PMDG forum and nothing there.

Finally, I googled G-BUSI - the registration - and it took me to inibuilds where it’s listed. https://forum.inibuilds.com/files/file/1180-british-airways-737-800-g-busi/

Sorry to have bothered you but at least I’ve found the source.

Hehe.....good sleuthing.  Bet it was none other than our @John_Tavendale who painted it.....unless you know the author now and its not him. 😉

There's no readme in the zip and nothing on the website to indicate the author. If it is @John_Tavendale then thank you very much. As I type this I'm enroute from Sydney to Brisbane in his Qantas 737-900 repaint and bloody nice it looks too. 👍

Thanks Rob!   Just what I was looking for.   Finding that all planes don't have a SECAL...unless the database is not complete.

I've haven't purchased this iFly B737 model yet...flew the earlier version in P3D v4.5...A LOT!!! Your liveries are very tempting!

Thanks Rob!  FS Painters can have a friendly rivalry when on the same project, and we enjoy ribbing each other as much as any other profession when it appropriate.  Behind the scenes, both  @John_Tavendale and I know that we all have bodies of work we have to manage, and except for the beta teams we're both on, we don't know what other projects the other may be involved in, so we never get upset when an invitation is turned down. 😉  And of course even if that's not the case, I completely understand not wanting to paint a certain airframe, a certain dev's work, etc.   Calling out Carenado here...their texture maps are an absolute horror story, and I don't know a single painter who'll paint anything but a basic color change or rudimentary stripes that follow existing one's as a guide, as their maps have parts of the plane all over the place, on different maps, at different scales, etc.  Not painter-friendly to say the least. 🙄
