Live weather working again here, and not seeing haze and/or fog absolutely everywhere. A lot of server-side, background tweaking going on, even though a core code fix may be needed for part of the issue... They are working on it, either way.

Ya it’s very odd! Seems like a few of us if not most of us are having some form of weather issues

Same here. No weather for a while then it all kicks in.

 

Yesterday my Toolbar Weather tab suddenly worked again!? I did not change anything in the sim (or in Windows 11 for that matter).

So it was a server problem??

I know patients heal by themselves a lot of the time, but do not expect that from programs.

But then: I sometimes tell patients the problem arises by itself , often it also goes away by itself, so that may be true here also 😉

Not working for me tonight, worked great yesterday though.

Was spotty at best today. clouds on ground all over.

Ya it’s odd. It wasn’t working tonight up until about 25 minutes into cruise and it decided to kick in. 

What I have found is that when you don't get live weather go into the menu turn off live weather load a preset then turn live weather back on - at least for me this seems to get live weather working as expected.

Well yesterday my problem was back again. Weather not at all working in Toolbar. Will try today again...

UPDATE On weather tab not working on my toolbar.

I deleted my Unreal Weather mod and the Floyds Epic Clouds mod an my Toolbar Weather Tab now functions again!!

Have to test if this is coincidence, or one of these, or both, caused the problem.

Update: Unreal Weather most me the problem for me. FLoyds works fine, with Unreal ON the problem returns. Needs an update I suppose.

Would be nice to have Unreal Weather as an option for when live weather doesnt work (which is frequently lately). Too bad it's no longer functional with these new updates. When I plan an IFR flight and then go on MSFS and there's clear skys and no wind and 29.92, it feels dumb and I just quit for the day.

Indeed, I really like Unreal Weather if it works. Gives nice looking alternative weather, and no impact on fps, contrary to Rex WF sometimes.

Weather altitude bug is back.  

When this be fixed!

I had this yesterday but today the problem was no live weather.

Gave it a rest for a couple of hours and then was fortunate enough to have correct altitude and live weather.

Trying to stay positive but it does wear a bit thin at times when you can’t just load up a flight and fly with real weather.

Really hope this is fully sorted for the Christmas break.
