I've had same problem. Then I reset the msfs in applications and after that, live weather is back. Don't know for how long 😀

Can you elaborate on what you mean by applications? Is this in Windows 10? Microsoft Store? Xbox? Live weather randomly doesn't work and I never have any clue on how to get it working. It sometimes just comes back on for no apparent reason

Just anywhere. Had a few low clouds at destination but nothing compared to real weather coverage. Had this the whole day. Wind and pressure correct though.

Thanks, I'll give it a try tomorrow

I haven't had live weather for several days now.

Do you continue fly without real weather?

Are there any solutions?

I honestly can't play without live weather... clear skies everywhere.

In win 10 applications. You have  options Reset, repair etc. I tried repair first, but that had no effect. So then I hit reset and after that had live weather back. I just remind,  you'll lost your graphics settings and exe settings ie FSUIPC, if u use it.

Are you flying at roughly the same time every day? Because Asobo have been turning the weather servers off at around the same time(s) every day for some time now while they work on fixes to the weather system. I think they have had some unexpected server downtime, too, but generally the servers are going offline about the same time.

Perfect partially cloudy  Live Weather in a flight just done in the Torres Strait. MS just doesn't put enough server capacity online at peak hours. They want to expand the user base to the Xbox folks but cheap out on the infrastructure. Or so it seems.

Had a CTD on final with correct weather with snow and OVC skies.... Restarted the sim, set takeoff to airport 20 miles from intended landing airport for second attempt. Weather this time was completely wrong severe clear both takeoff and landing. Utterly bizarre.

Well clicked reset to get live weather back after no live weather once again, and now I have to redownload the game at 111.52 gigabytes. What is the problem already, why won't live weather work? I shouldn't have to redownload the whole game every time it stops working. I thought it was just a soft reset like clearing a cache or something, now my plan to fly tonight is shot as I look ahead to 8 hours wasted downloading the game again for probably no reason.
