December 2, 20214 yr Dear MS, why do we, the general public, 15 months after the initial release, still have to beta test MSFS? You introduced a new show stopper today with 232 Celsius above FL240. Why is there _no_quality_control_ before you release something???? Why do you not test the code changes before release? You certainly have the funds for a test team, after all MSFS2020 is game of the year! I am very supportive and amazed what you have created, but please test releases!!! It should not be a 10 year beta program for a product that people paid good money for!!! Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.

December 2, 20214 yr The QA is beyond human comprehension. It's that bad. If they did anything else than flight simulations their QA (or lack thereof) would have got them bankrupt already. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Lets face it, the users are the beta test team, and unless the problem involves sales directly like the quick hot fix they just released for their Game of the Year, they will get around to fixing things in due time...LOL

If you really can hope for reckognition, write in their official forum which is at least observed by their forum managers and community manager Jane. Your chance for acknowledgement may be better if written in a more temperate tone, perhaps. Just my 2c.
