February 13, 20224 yr Get used to it other third party addon makers have gone the same way some time ago, Just Flight will tell you to put a support ticket in if you have and problem or issue in the product forums, I think this is a way of hiding issues. I think it is a step back...and since they have largely stopped support P3D, it hardly makes a difference...they are running a business, not a hobby...and are doing what they feel is best for them..what the community thinks does not seem to matter. "far more commercialised" ? John V has always handled Orbx as a commercial company. And said so. He left when there was a major shift in the market making a lot of Orbx catalogue obsolete and the new CEO faces a market situation that is not easy to handle. Then ORBX started their own so they would have more control. Even if my memory is not correct, sounds like it is time to start up an unofficial ORBX support forum here on Avsim so issues can be discussed.
