PMDG Forum

Recommended Posts

I know this is probably not the right place but can anyone tell me why I can't get into the PMDG forums? I am a member, I log in and it tells me there are no forums found, I contacted PMDG admin weeks ago with no answer, anyone else finding this?

Cheers Rod.

I’m accessing it via Safari on an iPad. If you’re using Windows can you try an alternative device?

So you can see the main page but clicking on any forum link doesn’t work. Try deleting the cookie.

I am using my desktop PC with Edge and Windows 10.  Goes in immediately and I can access any sub forum.

Could be something on your side.

Rod,

Usually when I have access issue like that, invariably its down to the browser cache.

I would go into your browser cache and delete the entry for the PMDG forum. Close the browser, re-open it and then use the link from Ray.

See if that helps.

@doublebubble, if you paste a screenshot of what you’re seeing I’ll post on the PMDG forum asking what the problem might be.

I’ll also mention you never heard back from admin.
