When is SU8 supposed to happen?

Featured Replies

Just downloaded the update from the X Box app.  Took less than 5 minutes and started up msfs.  I will check the content manager to see if there is anything else to download.

Having read the release notes, I can't see anything there that is going to affect the sim for me in any material way.  I guess I will see if it is a bit more stable now, but most of my CTDs were coming from having the LOD slider set too high.

Edit: 4.34 GB update to load now from within the sim.  Shouldn't be too long now.

Interesting. For my Premium Deluxe install, it only showed 1.41 MiB. Considering how long it took though, I'm sure it was actually GB. 🤔

These were mostly world updates. If you don't have any or not all of the world updates then the updates would have been less for you.

All good here - no issues with any add-on that I use.  Cleared the cache -and I also enabled v-sync in game but do not see it limiting frames but the sim appears smoother with it on, so....

I've got all the World Updates, that's what made it so strange the sim showing such a small file size. But it seems too much of a co-incidence that you had 1.41 Gb and I had (supposedly) 1.41 MiB, especially as it took 3 or 4 minutes to download. I put it down to some weird display issue, swapping 'GB' with 'MiB'.🤨

Do you have Deluxe or Premium version? It could depend on which version you are running.

Weird..  I was on the beta, unsubscribed from the beta, and nothing has downloaded?
