February 28, 20224 yr Not intending to start an argument. For those of us predisposed to do so..... remember to use Addons Linker to clear out your Community folder. Again, for those of us predisposed to do so. With Addons Linker it takes only seconds to do so, and only seconds to restore after the update. For me it is more about the compatibility of my addons than anything that might be intrinsic with MSFS. February 28, 20224 yr Perhaps even safer advice, restore all the config files you might have edited manually: the edit to get GA traffic in AIG for example, or the sharpening fix. While community stuff will not break your sim, core file edits might have undesirable consequences during the update process.
