Hello all!

Just got a pre-release copy of FlightBeam's NZWM and I am happy to share with you some *PRE-RELEASE* previews. Please note that this is NOT the final version as FlightBeam is still working on the last touches. The plan is to release on Tuesday. Hope you enjoy!

I have been waiting for this.  I love Wellington and the surrounding area.  I loved doing a quick flight from there to Paraparaumu in FSX.

Call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind, but I prefer Rob.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Can I assume that this is the same developer that created the version for P3D?

What's wrong with KPDX?

BTW, that's a different developer. When I think of Flightbeam, I think of KSFO, KDEN, and NZNW for P3D.

They were phenomenal.

"BTW, that's a different developer..."

uh... no, see this

"What's wrong with KPDX?"

you must a use a third party attempted fix (marginally works), see this from their own Flightbeam website:

KPDX (MSFS): STARS MISSING DURING APPROACH WITH LATEST PATCH

We're currently fixing this issue. In the meantime, one of our contributing members have posted a temporary solution: https://www.mediafire.com/file/bqc9tpuz8dv3vek/kpdx-airport-fix2.zip/file

Simply install the folder in the zip to your Community folder. Warning: Be sure to remember to remove this file once KPDX has been patched. Use at your own risk: This is not an official flightbeam patch/fix. We are unable to provide support for this fix.

Bill was the original developer of KPDX, then later he released the MSFS version. Flightbeam was more of the seller. I'm sure Bill can confirm who did what. I know because I got the P3D v. directly from his website.

Is the temp fix working for you? It's hard to believe that there's still no fix.

Ooops, I forgot about KIAD. I have that one as well and it's also fabulous. I have everything Flightbeam. 😀
