It was just for a few seconds after takeoff using quite complex scenery.

I can confirm its the scenery!  I have taken MANY flights to and from KLAS with the 737 as the KLAS>KLAX is one of my fav runs.  My fps dips as well whenever I hit this scenery.

Then I'd say 22 fps, complex plane and scenery at 4k - that's excellent fps!

Let’s hope the sim doesn’t CTD on final. Or a “your bandwidth is too low” warning. Think both PMDG and MS staff are watching his stream, if I’m not mistaken.

I don't think it's in 4k at ultra with a 1050Ti (streaming Machine)

Haha. His style is a bit… different to the YouTubers I’m following regularly. Never seen any of his content before actually.

Hehe - now now - they don't always look like that - but yes it can be an issue if there are many cloud layers.  I hope Asobo revises the shaders at some point.  I will say flying through the volcanic ash is a lot nicer than flying through 2d sprites like in previous sims.

Why is that interesting?  What would be the approach you'd expect?

Didn’t see any major flaws, VNAV seemed to be doing a good job from TOD to touchdown. No EFB yet - but will be at release? 

Seems good enough to me for a first impression. They should just release it straight away 😁
