Do it again and I'll put you in a time out....here!

Well it looks fun to paint on those large texture size to cramp in all those details compared with what we have to work with back in the days at 1024 😅🙃

It looks like I'm going to take again the brush out the virtual bin after 10 years, lost my appetite after the LDS 757 adventure, I was so far ahead the curve in 3d space (3DS max) O well that was history...

Particularly interested in the famous blue airline since my son is a FO there with different type rates times flies.

Great paints Steve 😉

Have PMDG acknowledged that a detailed cabin is pointless if it can't be explored, using the cockpit camera, whilst the aircraft is in the air?

They've made a big issue out of making a cabin for MSFS, but it's utterly pointless if if can only be viewed using drone cam,

I can't speak for PMDG as I'm just a beta-tester and simmer just like you guys, but what I do know is that all Devs that have coded in previous platforms are learning new things about what this new sim is capable of on a daily basis.  With that said, and with everything I don't know about both coding and MSFS, I'd say that the entire community is learning new stuff every day we're exposed to this platform, and what may have been said in the past, may be re-visited in the future if its shown that the tools and knowledge that didn't exist when the statements were made are now available.

and I'm wondering if they are aware

I would highly encourage you to engage them over at their forums and ask.  Like any set of humans (I can confirm Rob is human as I've met him and shook his hand...felt human anyway) 🙂 , if you ask respectfully and they chose to answer, they will.  (your post here is completely respectful, I didn't mean to imply its not).

BTW, I agree that viewing the cabin with the drone is "challenging" in the air (I wish they had a "lock eyepoint right here and follow the plane's undulations when moving the drone")....on the ground it's quite manageable as you can see in the few pics I quickly snapped on the fly when responding to Ryan.

I'm warning you mister....do it one more time and I'll stop posting screenshots...in fact I was going to show this BBJ, but now I think you need time in that "special" plane to think about your behavior. 😉

Everyone:  You can thank Ryan and his antics for not seeing the BBJ below.  Ha....thinks he can hoodwink me.

Oh it will great to have you back!   Yeah I cringe when I go back and look at my 1024 textures...and sometimes the whole fuse was on it, LOL...now its typically broken into THREE 4096 maps!

Send me a PM if you need some help getting back in the paint booth. 😉

BTW...the BBJs are not my paints, but I've pushed out a few airliners  so far.

OK...I've talked to Rob....when you buy the 737, he's gonna strip that livery out of YOUR purchase since you insist on disobeying the rules.  I warned you.

And you can forget seeing a preview of this BBJ!  I deleted it off my hard drive!  Now NOBODY can see it.

At least with all these BBJ posts, @Steve Dra has stopped taunting me with that lovely WestJet livery that I can't have yet.

Nope...not going to do it....painted too many already.

Besides, it's included in the package by the great PMDG paint crew!

Would it be too much to ask to see one of your lovely birds sitting at a lit gate after dark? I've been waiting for years to see what reflective leading edges look like at night on a PMDG 737.

i9-10850K, ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI), 32GB G.SKILL DDR4-3603 / PC4-28800, GIGABYTE RTX5080 16GB WF OC 3 FAN running 3440x1440

Sadly MSFS itself has a hard time rendering bare metal properly at night....its not any dev's issue, its a sim issue.  If you have the DC6 and one of many bare metal paints, you'll see the same thing.

It looks just "ok" and certain angles, but not exactly how well daytime is rendered.

The flight deck. 😂

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.
