As long as it looks good, and I can get it off the ground, fly around a bit, and get it back down, it can have the flight model of a Sopwith Camel for all I care. Ok, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the idea. Price matters as well - this seems a little steep to me so I may not bother with it, but I do like this aircraft and might end up getting it. On the other hand, you'd have to pay me to buy the MD82. I have zero interest in something that I probably wouldn't be able to move off the ground without days of studying the manual/youtubes/etc. I'd rather spend that sort of money on two or three or even four "lesser" aircraft. For me, dumb but pretty is ok for a sim aircraft (but not for people). Each to their own, and I understand folks excitement about some of the upcoming biggies, but this sort of thing is much more my line. Add to that the fact that the CJ4 is a great aircraft, paired with the WT G3000, and I couldn't agree more. $30 is a bit steep for this perhaps, but I know I'll fly it.

If the WT G3000 was the refresh version based off the G1000 NXi - I would consider this Phenom....but it's still got the warts of the default nav system. Anyway is there a way to view enlarged shots of this at simmarket? Why does no one display nice high res shots of their product? 1440P minimum please.... What issues, specifically? I fly the WT G3000 and I find it absolutely awesome (and I'm a RW instrument-rated pilot, so I know my way around Garmin units a bit).
April 26, 20224 yr Did some further reading and came across this Squawkcode cannot be entered! Map range 5nm cannot be changed! I also know my way around Garmin stuff. Typical issues I run into in the sim are when loading IAPs - sometimes the active leg will skip ahead of where it should be. Example instead of active the leg from an IAF (or IF) to the FAF it will load the FAF to the runway. (or it will load one fix from the FAF if there are two fixes before the FAF on the chart). Also the GP doesn't seem to display properly during an rnav(gps) approach with lpv mins. It tends to come up from the bottom of the scale and not from the top as is normally would - that is if the GP is even accurate - half the time I don't even see one when irl, the IAP contains vertical guidance. Also, I cannot load an IAP without entering a origin and destination - irl you can just press PROC and load/activate the IAP from there (I frequently use this function for local flights where I might pickup an ifr or just perform vfr practice approaches either irl or for testing in the sim). All of these items are a huge reason why I went with the TDS GTNXi - it performs just like the real Garmin GPS's I've come to love. My exception to this is the current WT G1000 NXi - it's very well done and fixes many of the issues I listed above. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

I'm not certain but it might even have been the same guy who initially showed off the Phenom 300E right when msfs came out. I was so excited at the time I saved all of his preview shots lol. And then I remember the days before the WT avionics mods. Anyone recall the default CJ4? Yup I remember, for now we just may have to wait for Carenado to bring over their Bizjet Catalogue to MSFS or maybe Aerobask will jump on the MSFS train with their bizjet catalogue.
