Fenix A320 Release imminent within DAYS!

...and more importantly, how are employers across the globe going to deal with a large number of employees not turning up for work on release day?

I don't really fly Airbus much, but at 49.99 it's an instabuy for me.

Wasn't planning on getting the Fenix, but the pricing is certainly making me reconsider.

Well played Fenix.

Fun fact: The Fenix A320 only costs 10€ more than the (already more or less abandoned) Aerosoft CRJ 550/700.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Don't remind me of that joke of addon that I bought day one... It was the first "high fidelity" airliner for ages in MSFS and I don't even have an interest in CRJ... And they just ported over all the P3D issues and then abandoned it. I can't believe I paid full price for that and that Fenix is almost as much...

FS Labs scared them with their announcement.

I'd bet it was the other way around - Fenix scared FSL with their announcements.

Hahaa yes. Don’t get me wrong the visual modeling on the aircraft was superb but at release it wasn’t even flyable.

Looks like I'll eat my words and splurge on this plane; I can't resist. Luckily I found a space in my budget 😂

Does anybody know if they are planning to release the A318, A319 (both fence and sharklet), and A321 (ditto)? Assuming PMDG's sale model (simply because I have no other reference), it may end up being a bit cheaper than FSL.

Lossless Scaling for all my sims. What a godsend...

Mobile rig: ASUS Zenbook UM425QA (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H APU @3.2 GHz and boost disabled, 1 TB M.2 SSD, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro). Running FS9 there .

First, the IAE engines will come as a free update. After that, they will consider making the A319 and A321 and A320-SL, depending on the success of the A320 (= sales).

Thanks, @Fiorentoni. Now I hope Fenix supports higher sim rates, 8x at least. FBW holds up to 2x, barely 4x sometimes. All my P3D birds support 8x with no issues at all. Fingers crossed....

AFAIK all custom coded aircraft can do this without any problem, so no need to worry.
