Pushback addon not working with PMDG 737

Featured Replies

Can anyone here get the pushback addon from flightsim.to website to work with PMDG's 737? At the part where it's suppose to lift up the aircraft, it doesn't even do that and just sits there. I have tried to release and set the parking brakes and still nothing. Also I'm getting the audio chatter to repeat itself in some instances as well?

Be sure to turn on both electric hydraulic pumps before setting the parking brake. If there is no hydraulic pressure, the brakes may not actually “set” even though the parking brake handle moves to the engaged position and the red light comes on.

Also don't forget to remove chocks prior pushback

Try using SHIFT + P to get the menu up and see if going this way works.  Pre-plan pushback route no longer works but at least the the tug does as it's supposed to.

I just used the pushback tool this afternoon. It worked fine? Pre-planned, nose lifted, just fine.

I have no trouble using the pushback addon with the 737. The pre-planning also works. I’ve had no issues in about 10-15 pushbacks with the plane. I’ve even mistakenly pushed back with chocks still in position (which causes a judder at first but then they are automatically removed and everything works as expected).

Do you have the latest version of the toolbar installed?

Yes it,s now working for me. I forgot the hydraulics thing as mentioned above. But the audio chatter repeats itself.

It is working for me, but without any audio comms...

I think the audio comms is an option in the pushback tool. I also have it switched off as I consistently get the repeated audio.

Might be, but I did not change anything...

All good, fixed it by redownloading my scenery 🙂

Anyone not using Toolbar Pushback from flightsim.to? I've stopped using it for now due to many reports of performance degradation.

Asobo pushback is meh. What about FS2Crew Pushback Express? Is it worth paying for?
