Featured Replies

Hi,

I would really prefer it if they took more time to finish and offer the updates, so that they were better done!

Regards.

No problem with reporting bugs / frustrations, and this update is definitely underwhelming.

When it’s the same person with the same complaint every update, irrespective of whether the update is good or bad, that’s a bit tiring.

I agree it is tiring, but that's brought on by consistent failures from Asobo. If they did a good job, there would be nothing to be tired about.

The point needs to be hammered home until we're blue in the face, if we go quiet and forget about it then we'll forever get regressions and poor updates with clear & obvious issues that should've been addressed prior to public release - I don't want that, do you?

It’s as tiring as Asobo not doing anything about it. Would you rather he shut up? And then it’s forgotten about? I wouldn’t, I would rather said person keeps raising the issue(s), and that the pressure is kept on and things not forgotten about and brushed under the carpet.

Although I understand your point, that doesnt mean that the most vocal are right.  F.i. There are people complaining about turbulence. I feel it's improvement, maybe a very vocal minority disagree. If it would be changed back that a loss for me but I will live with it and will not mention it day after day.

Actually in this case yes, I think it might be helpful if he gives it a rest once in a while. The same user coming up with the same complaint regardless of the actual overall quality of the update just dilutes the effect of the genuine complaints. And clearly there are enough to go round with this update which I agree is pretty poor in a lot of areas.

Perhaps he could divert his efforts to reporting the complaints on zendesk once in a while?

Certainly nothing here for you to infer 'We're being silenced! The herd are trying to cancel us!', just in case that's where you're heading with the 'forgotten about / brushed under the carpet' stuff...

Maybe, just maybe, if they fixed the issues, then this wouldn't happen.

Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not going to keep quiet 🙂 I've sent Zendesk tickets, I've taken part in betas, I'll continue to voice my opinion (on the good and bad) whether you like to read it or not, sorry 🙂

Do you remember the last opinion about the good you voiced (regarding the sim or MS / Asobo)?

Just yesterday about a wonderful flight from Verona to Bolzano.

I haven‘t had the time to try the WU yet but does the tree fix on flightsim.to solve the problem or is it a less-than-ideal solution?

Really? I can’t see anything positive in your (recent) post history.

Some people just like to whine.

It does what it says on the tin. The trees are more natural in the areas it covers, but it’s still a work in progress and it would be much better if Asobo could do the presumably small job of fixing everything at once from their side.

I can't believe these pictures that are being posted.  I just went to Naples (LIRN) and everything is perfect.

BTW. I started the sim this morning and a screen came up about the download. I clicked the button and it did the rest.  No Marketplace, no MS Store or anything. Very simple.

Checked the Content Manager and had one for Seafront which is boats and ships.

Roy

Sounds like you didn't install Italy and Malta
