I wouldn’t, I would rather said person keeps raising the issue(s), and that the pressure is kept on and things not forgotten about and brushed under the carpet. Although I understand your point, that doesnt mean that the most vocal are right. F.i. There are people complaining about turbulence. I feel it's improvement, maybe a very vocal minority disagree. If it would be changed back that a loss for me but I will live with it and will not mention it day after day. And clearly there are enough to go round with this update which I agree is pretty poor in a lot of areas. Perhaps he could divert his efforts to reporting the complaints on zendesk once in a while? Certainly nothing here for you to infer 'We're being silenced! The herd are trying to cancel us!', just in case that's where you're heading with the 'forgotten about / brushed under the carpet' stuff... It does what it says on the tin.
