May 18, 20224 yr A short flight just outside of Portland (4S2) to Redmond, OR. This was a lovely flight with scenic mountaintops in the distance (and up close as I fly by Mt Hood) I feel like I'm right back in PNW heaven with the beautiful scenery and my happy little RV14. Maybe it’s the orbx influence, the naturally varied and beautiful terrain, or the daylight friendly time zone but I love flying in the western US…it’s definitely my GA go to.
