Have you ever had a song..

Just suddenly appear randomly in your head, and you just wander around with it repeating endlessly while you hum, and wonder what brought that on?

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

I never worry about why I thought of it -- I just go about trying to hear it so I can continue with my life.

Its the worst when you only have a memory of a song/certain performance and you can't find a copy.  The theme from Marathon Man (end credits with solo trumpet) was my most recent experience with that.

Great Video!

It's a little refreshing to take a brief moment away from our sim Forum of endless info and pet peeves...

Yes, every day.  I wake up with a song in my head and start singing or humming it the shower.  It continues on until afternoon.  Sometimes it drives my wife nuts.

This morning it was, "He danced and he danced with the strawberry blonde...."  I can't get it out of my head.

My dad had a Martin and he loved to play songs he liked (mostly John Denver). This is one song he loved and shared with the rest of us but I dont think he ever tried to play it -- he just admired the playing...and it is good imo. I'm more partial to different styles but ...

OK - so I will try to make this my last song but its one of my favorites.  Its a soft heavy metal song --- fan made video that may be problematic for epileptics but its cool nonetheless imo

Can't get this tune out of my head

If that don't work stick out your thumb, you're too fat to fly
Tell 'em when the asked "how come", you're too fat to fly
Hitchhike to Alabam', big ol' ham, with a banjo on your thigh
Till they throw some hay in the cargo bay, you're...too...fat...to...fly
