Flysimware, the Cessna 414 and their next project?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

like many of you, I fell in love with Flysimware Cessna 414. The attention to details is out of this world and I personally think that this product is top shelf stuff.

I was wondering, any of you guys heard about what will be their next project? I hunted around their discord server and even asked the question there ...but got no answer on this.

Is it known information at this point?

It should be a glider if they love me !

Let me see... A Phoebus C, or an LS1-d...

Flying gliders since 1980

Flightsimming since 1992

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

I know they really love me if they release for MSFS what they already have in P3D. The Learjet 35A. They already have the performance specs, they have the docs, and they have done their research. They have the skills as evidenced by their own 414 and the necessary software tools are available as demonstrated by PMDG.

Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070-ti, 32GB ram, NVMe/SSD drives with lots of free space.
Software: latest Windows 10 Pro, P3Dv4.5+, FSX Steam, and lots of addons (100+ mostly Orbx stuff).

My understanding is Flysimware will be releasing some smaller and "simpler" aircraft soon ( e.g., Nieuport biplane,  Ercoup, Velocity, etc.) that they have been updating and will be bringing over from P3D. At the same time, they have started working on updating the Learjet35A for MSFS, and current plans call for that to be likely followed by the Falcon50.

The Falcon 50 is a favorite of mine too. I'd love to see it in MSFS with two other business jets: the Iris' Pilatus PC-24 and Carenado's Phenom 300.

I'm glad you're still keeping an eye out for Flysimware in MSFS. Couldn't have appreciated both the F35A and the Falcon 50 without your help on them in P3D. A lot of that appreciation is owed to you. Thank you for all the tech tips and support in P3D.

Well thanks -- you are most welcome!  Glad to help out a bit where I can.

I'd like to see  the Conquest II for MSFS.

Real Deraps

I forgot to mention above that FSW has also started work on a Lancair for MSFS that will have a G1000NXI in the panel.

I've been wondering why Flysimware released a new twin prop, the 414 for MSFS. They could have probably more easily 'refreshed' for MSFS what they already had in P3D, the Conquest II, which has similarities to the 414 as a twin prop. Flysimware must have had interesting reasons behind the decision to select one over the other.

Hopefully, it'll be a high-end version with a "bubble" like cockpit and retractable gears too (like RealAir's Lancair 360).

Is the Flysimware 414 for MSFS that good? Is it as good as the Milviz 310 in MSFS?
