Wow, really excited about this, thanks for sharing the pics. Can’t believe this will be freeware.

Very nice, can't wait for my most favorite long-hauler of all time.. the freeware add-on scene for MSFS is looking great thanks to the likes of FBW and also MS/Asobo including great content in the core sim.

Hopefully this is not encroaching on violating the screenshots forum guidelines, but I'll insert some pics here directly

And they translated: "The modelling is already very advanced and should be completed soon. Work on the aircraft's systems is also progressing but is still in the early stages as the team here is still working to complete the solid base upon which the actual systems of the A380 can then be built. The demonstration showed that the animations are already largely finished. The usual suspects such as control surfaces and flaps could be seen in motion in the exterior model. The animation was wonderfully fluid and should also be influenced by the system status in the finished plane, as was the case with the A320. A cabin has not yet been included in the model, but it is on the team's wish list."

Seems like it's still a year plus out of systems are still in the early stages. 😞

Looks gorgeous however!

Yeah feels that way. Perhaps q2 next year at the earliest. In the meantime we can practice long haul with Inibuilds a310.

I just flew from KFBW, and there was an A380 in the hangar wearing a Santa hat and it was surrounded by Christmas lights.

I am not kidding!  Is this a teaser?

The A380 was at KFBW last Christmas, hasn't moved 🙃

Huge thanks to all at FBW. This looks first class.🙂

Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting.

Oh no!  Maybe Christmas 2023 then.  😔  Probably about right.

Doubt it, considering the A320nx is still in development.
